As the assistant manager, you will assist in overseeing the daily sales and operations of our luxury jewelry experience and a seasoned team of 10-15 people. You will be responsible for preserving Bailey’s legacy by upholding company core values, policies, procedures, and store initiatives. You will hold others accountable to the standard you set. Through your training, development, and accountability the store will maintain a consistently high level of customer service.
